BATTLE OF THRONES O the swelling lust for power Nations rise to taste Solidarity perishes with conquest Brother slayeth brother Conscience and morals fade like age What is that indestructible house of white? Behind the smile lies the coldness Power is the prize behind the throne Shall humanity perish for your selfishness? Shall it remain pawns to your game of thrones? Putin of the soviet throne Is that house of white an ally? Are Pyongyang's weapons for peace? I dream of a free world Devoid of betrayal and lust for the ultimate prize We are all thrones Life itself has made it so (c) Eureka123 2015. |

SLUMBER The roaming debtor encroaches On the vigilance of the day The Holy Book had its guess An irresistible thief in the night The studious lads are hypnotized The exhausted workmen drown in your carass Tins and tins of caffeine fight Our heads bow in admiration Travellers welcome the encroacher Water splashes remain yieldless Nobles and proletariats succumb to you You force of equity amidst the rich and the poor Without you our bodies degenerate Without you our minds are like triggered circuits With you, the worker justifies his dismissal In you comes the journey through the unknown With you flows in-depth peace Would you continue to disgrace the lord's congregation?? Would you continue to slip away our consciousness? We are not ignorant of your soothing impact We shan't resist for long Slumber is nigh. |
