even workforce, or any consulting firm won't even second you to their clients without checking your credentials! Let alone of firms like Uacn, Kpmg, FMN, Pz to employ you without credentials. That's why I said it must be a one man business!!! Not a reputable firm. Or maybe your story remains a Fiction as I said earlier in my previous post!

As far as I'm concerned, no reputable organisation will hand you letter of employment without checklisting the required documents for employment. The OP shot himself on the foot to have said he was INDUCTED before submitting his credentials!! How can a reputable firm employ you without credentials? No medicals, No document verification, and its straight to Induction? This is questionable!! I'm sure it could be one man Business! OP I still need you to clear my doubt on the question I raise!

well, the idea is not to make you believe but to encourage those that dare to believe. That all things are possible to them that believe.
firstly for the interview, i was more like the last person to be interviewed cos they had started induction as i went home to change what i was putting on... i only joined after my interview. being the last i was not even asked must question as i 'guess' the recruiters where tired or there about.... Now, i only had to submit all my credentials and form (including medicals) three weeks after as a top female staff as i said earlier stood in as surety for me (Afterall she was one of the top recruiter. isn't that favor?) I didn't know how she did it, all i knew is that i submitted every other requirements three weeks after i've resumed work. Also, i actually resumed as everyother person the next day which was on a friday. It was an immediate recruitment as the company needed staff to resume work to fill positions they had immediately. Thats it bro... i have nothing more sensible to say, afterall miracle doesn't make sense literarily that is why daily i go to work with every sense that the job i am today was divine. It could only have been God!!!

my dear, Please believe me, its not a one man business, its a top company in Nigeria, i dont want to mention names for security reasons, if i do you will be shocked. As much as I would like to believe this story, it sounds more like a FICTION to me. Firstly, the interview you gate crashed wasn't even the first stage! So I wonder how your name was smuggled in almost at the tail end of the Recruitment exercise. If it were to be a government firm, I wouldn't have been surprised! coz there're loads of Ghost workers in there. Secondly, INDUCTION is the last thing after certificate verification and upon acceptance of employment. So wondering which firm or organisation would Induct their staff before verification of document? Bros!! I wish you Goodluck in your FRONT PAGE bid.

Sorry to burst your bubble but i have done induction with 2 different blue chip companies BEFORE verification of CV and Certificate. Most Companies allow this because it takes a long time for schools and previous employers to send feedback and some don't even bother to reply them at all. If they wait for Verification before they start the induction process it might result in their recruitment process taking more than 1 year. Companies do sack employee after verification turns up undesirable issues.

I understand all this! Most firms don't even have such time to go through that long process of verification from schools. Did you read where he said it was after 3 weeks of Resumption he submitted his certificates? but you did submit your documents first right? Thanks for the consise explanation... Though i don't know what the case was as at that time, but i sure knew God helped me through it... People find it hard to believe and i don't know why!!!
