-Minimum of 5 distinctons (A's or B's) in
relevant waec/Neco subjects.
-Results must not be more than 3 years
-applicants must not be younger than 18
-knowledge of host country's language is an
added advantage.

some countries require you are above 18 but definitely not russia. The site was opened earlier this year and closed back. Continue the watch!

It is bro ...5 important distinctions they say ...but if registration starts(or the website comes back online ) you can give it a shot ..If its not accepted you will be notified I guess..

GCE is a WAEC exam ....its accepted bro ...Provided its not more than 2 years old and contains 5 distinctions

Sorry for the misleading info bro ....They only want may/June ..(wasc) 2013 or 2014 ...
Its targeted at fresh school leavers I think .
