Hmmm
I have about 6 different workforce ability test versions in my computer here and they are all divided into 4 different sections, verbal, logical, abstract and numerical.
The numerical section contains more of sales questions involving tables that you are then asked questions based on.
What were your own sales questions like?
sCun, can you please send those Workforce past questions to my email address: obinnajohn.nwosu@gmail.com
Thanks in advance

Why do job seekers like pretending?

There's no crime in asking how much your potential employer offers. These information are vitally important in making certain crucial decisions.

What if he's currently employed and he's just on the look out for a better offer? You expect him to seek a day off work and probably travel hours to honour test invite from a company that'll offer him less? Don't forget that the job is a non-management position and the pay just has to be attractive for one to be motivated.

Job seekers pretend during Personality Tests
Job seekers pretend at Assessment Centres
Job seekers pretend during interviews
Job seekers pretend everywhere
Enough of the pretence

Let's call a Spade a Spade and not an instrument for digging.

REMUNERATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PARAMOUNT MOTIVATION & WILL ALWAYS BE...

Nevertheless, there are other sources of motivation

very well said. Most job seeker would always pretend as though the salary structure isn't always their first and biggest motivation.

Knowing about an organisation, including the pay structure, should be the first thing on a job seeker's mind; especially when the person is already employed.

I asked the same question about the salary, no one just seemed to care. I am currently in Owerri, will be writing an Msc exam on Friday, am considering flying down to lagos after the exam for the test on Saturday. I just needed to be sure if the job is worth it... For those saying the timing for such question is odd or that some are only interested in the pay, know that some people actually have genuine reasons for asking certain questions.

Thanks RaymondRay for your response... but will further appreciate it if you could be a bit more specific

for those asking about Pay, NO one will tell you the actual money-till you get the Job.

but these are the facts; you get a car - guys get a Mitsubishi L300 truck brand new wth A/c. (stick shift /manual)girls get same car but it may be auto or 4wheel drive in their case.or girls get a Fayrouz branded Car.

at the very Start you are a trainee -ur pay is little (still better than a Teachers own by Far) but u get to stay in a Classy hotel (NOT 5star) wt meals so u basically need little since u hv a car, Good food and free drinks plus classy accomodation.

if you get confirmed then you will be a MILLIONAIRE... this i know.
PS in case you are stil curious - rest assured , NBL is a MULTINATIONAL so picture any MN company in Nigeria ....and ask yourself- whats the Pay?

Many companies and recruiters hardly send regret mail; except maybe to those who make the penultimate recruitment round. So if you didn't get a success mail it's best to assume you didn't make it.

But unlike "most Multinationals" they didn't consider they stresses and risks of making the lower level stages (cbt ability test and the driving test) centralized in Lagos. Knowing that people will be coming from far and not having any plan to reimburse them.
They cdv made just the panel interview and medicals in Lagos that would've been so much better.
