Please Help Me Clear This Confusion About Buhari by Omeife2(op): 8:14am On Feb 19, 2015
Ok, planning on voting for Buhari, but i'm a lil bit confused and would need clarity. Buhari took a bank loan of about N27mill to Purchase the nomination form, and his wife donates N135mil worth of drugs to Internally Displaced Persons? I need to understand those discrepancies.

Please to all the GEJ supporters ready to start ranting, i can reel out his own issues, so hold your peace..

Buhari is a thief

His wife is a liar.

They are both in a supporter of APC party

They are courted by the corrupt.

They support Boko haram morally and politically.

Don't vote for Buhari, vote for Goodluck JONATHAN and let your life be transformed, not changed.

Remember that Buhari is a poor man, so as a poor man make sure you vote for him. forget about the wife, Buhari did not say his wife is poor.

Also forget that the daughter schools in the UK and shops in expensive shops in the UK, just focus on the poverty of the father and vote for him.

At your age, I was expecting you to understand political pretence by people like buhari just to get your vote, obviously you do not yet understand it. You think the 2.8 billion that missed in 1978 under the careful watch of buhari went into thin air or you think that no part of the 21 billion that developed wings under Buhari at PTF found a way back to Buhari's family?

Just vote for Buhari, with time you will no the full meaning of pretence

Let me help you out with the so called discrepancies;

Mohammadu Buhari was a retired major General in the Nigerian army, and so he cannot be said to be poor by any stretch of the imagination. He was also a former head of state, so receives salaries and emuluments at par with the present head of state.

He borrowed N27 million to collect his normination form, because according to him, he does not want any single person to be responsible for paying for his form, so as not to remain indebted to any one person, like Yaradua was indebted to Ibori for paying and collecting his normination form. He obviously has the wherewithals to pay back, that should only be the concern of his bank manager and not concern us.

Meanwhile, Aisha Buhari is a board member of International human right with their head office in United Kingdom. She also helps women politicians to raise funds for campaigns. She is very well connected and comes from a wealthy family. So raising N135 million for a philanthropic cause should not be too difficult.

I would have responded to your comment with maturity, and cleared the air on why i asked the question, but you can barely express yourself, so i'm very sure you cannot by any means comprehend where i'm coming from. Wirinet made more reasonable points than you ignorantly attempted to. However for the sake of others, let me just state this; I'll rather not vote, than vote for GEJ. Then the next logical choice should be GMB right? I'll be as clueless as Johnmartus if i blindly allow foolish sentiments prevent me from asking questions i need clarity on. No one knows it all. Besides all the answers you can possibly give will be mere speculations if you are not an insider.

Why would you rather not vote than vote for Jonathan? Try to educate me, maybe you will be able to convince me that Jonathan is a terrible choice

Thanks for taking out your time to ask a very reasonable question instead of joining the usual bandwagon.

Lots of people are actually ready to donate money for Buhari's nomination form but he specifically said its his standing rule that he always pay for his nomination by himself and will never allow anyone to pay for the nomination form for him. As a member of buharivanguard, we were making moves to task ourselves and donate something toward that line but he sent Jasper Azuatalam that he won't accept any donation toward the purchase of the form.

Concerning his Wife's donation, their is no proof yet that the items were purchased from her purse because I know of Two women support group which is leading and I believe the donation is likely to come from one of those groups.
