Don't deceive yourself because Amaechi is a big thief, he is also a failure.

Kwankwaso achieved all these without 13% oil derivation? this means that all the ss governors (except Rotimi Amaechi) are criminals angry [/quote]He did it with far much less because only the oil producing states receive 13%; non oil producing states like Kano receive only what is due to them by the general agreed sharing formula - which as already mentioned is far less per capita, yet Kwankwaso was able to achieve this feat in less than 4 years.

hey! don't even go their, Amaechi is an all rounder governor and unarguably the best governor in Nigeria. from job creation to Education, health, agriculture, infrastructure etc he stands aloft above others.

Yes, but when you divide that as per capita, you'll observe that the State does not get anymore than other states.

However, it does NOT benefit from the 13% derivation allocated to oil producers - so don't try to confuse the issue or get your knickers in a twist.

Kwankwaso has proven that many governors and states can do much more with their respective allocations than many are saying and he definitely deserves a lot of credit for his visionary efforts - certainly we in Kano know and appreciate him.

Wrong, its a state project (a Kano State project dub Kwankwasiyya, named after its initiator) otherwise Kwankwaso wouldn't have invited GMB and Obasanjo to commission one each of the fly over bridge complexes - pls don't speak of what you don't know.
