U know nothing my brother. Igbos re not relevant in politics. Why can't igbo change the permutation of lagos election all these while. But u said u have majority, let see how that will work comes election day. U know how many votes Gmb got in 2011 despite his non popularity. U better face ur business squally cos igbo has no relevance whatsoever.
Ask thieftinubu, Ambo-ODE, Fash-OLE & boko-HARI how important igbo votes is & the reason their have been running around begging us for our vote, even wearing igbo costume & regalia? tongue grin

I need a more credible source

Besides this shows that GEJ will still win.

The votes in the key population centres of Lagos, Kaduna and Kano are divided.

North central is pro GEJ

North East and North west are divided but may favour Buhari.

SW has a low collection rate and is divided.

The rest of the south is still going to repeat the 2011 overwhelming GEJ vote so nothing changes.

Buhari 2015
Beautiful lagosians support

Many Lagosians registered far from their residences hence the 62% collection rate.

with this GEJ is a goner

From the table above, it is evident that Jega is hands in glove with Buhari to deny eligible voters in Jonathan stronghold. While PVCS are made available to the Northerners, the southerners hardly have access to them. It is not the lack of willingness to collect that has accounted for the low rates in the south but the lack of availability of the cards. An Abokis is always an Aboki. Both Jega and Buhari are Abokis after all.

I shake my head for Nigeria. If nairalanders who represent the educated folks of this country cant look at that picture and see the fraud in it.
How come states where thousands have died have up to 95% PVC collection?
It is not even possible that 95 percent of those who registered 4 years ago are still alive and still live where they registered.
These people think we are foolish and we are proving them right.
How do you explain ogun state having 40 percent and yobe under state of emmergency have 70%?

It is obvious that they just give the cards to anyone who comes to represent a locality. Probably out of fear of violence that might ensue if the inec officers try to follow the rules.

THIS ELECTION HAS ALREADY LOST HOPE OF BEING FREE AND FAIR BEFORE IT EVEN STARTS.

The same reason they have so massive turn out for Buhari. That was the biggest turn-out ever in this campaign era after Kano.
You still don't & can't get it?

That will be a total of 31million votes to coast to victory.
Sai Buhari.
hehehehe so u are just knowing voters distribution anyway, GEJ will get not less than 12m from the north and 16m from the south. GEJ all the way 28m plus.

Is this one a lamentation or what!.
Abeg, tell your people to go collect there PVC. The SW has nothing much at stake on this election!!. See even the SS has far higher percentage collection than the SW. Only that the don't really have the population.
The way this is going, The north may achieve a near perfect collection rate. With daily migration of Northerners back home for this election, it shows that they mean business.
People like you will never accept the truth even it is standing on ur nose.
IN YOUR VILLAGE. DO YOU STILL HAVE 95 PERCENT of those that were there 4 years ago all alive without relocation? Do you know how much queue we see in lagos and how hard it is to get PVC. Do you know some hAve to pay bribe to even get it?
I once worked for inec distributing PVCs in osun. In my polling unit. I was able to distribute only half of my PVC because of death and relocation. And here you see 95 %, ur brain does not tell u something is wrong. Remember there is no war in osun o. Yet less people have died and relocated in ogun and osun than in states where boko haram kills by the thousands and over a million are displaced Shebi? Did u pass ur waec yourself?

Lagos and kano are both nine million according to the 2006 National population census. kano was only more than lagos by some thousands and there is not much difference also in this election registration. stop your baseless conspiracy theory.

Even though Lagos residents are much more busier than their mostly jobless and non enterprising Kano state counterparts, yet they recorded more registered voters. It says a lot about census in Nigeria. Believe it and you'll believe anything.
Re: Percentage Of PVC Collection By States In Picture by proflomo(m): 1:55am On Feb 20, 2015
Change is the most common feature in the entire uuniverse. Continuity is a very temporary phenomenon in the universe. We have continued long enough with the PDP. It's high time we had the long overdue change in Nigeria.
This is another opportunity that we shouldn't miss in this country again. We had missed many good opportunities of having or retaining good leaders in the past. These were people that would have turned the lot of this country around for good - especially for we the masses. We shouldn't forget how the few elites who wanted (and still want) to keep the masses of Nigeria perpetually poor, disillusioned and subjected to them denied us of Murtala, Awolowo, Buhari/Idiagbon, Abiola, Fawehinmi and many other masses-oriented leaders in the past.
The masses of Nigeria, let's not be deceived again. God won't come down to better this country for us. It is the 'good' people he had constantly brought our way that he intends to use to better our lot. All the prayers you have been praying in your churches, mosques, shrines, synagogues, etc, have always been answered with the good leaders he has never failed to bring your way. But a section of the country is bent on stopping the process of bettering our lot in this part of the world. Wake up my people. Nigerian masses, wise up. Stop being deceived. Stop being lured into deeper and deeper suffering and abject poverty. Your God will only provide the way for you. He won't carry your legs to walk the path. Because you are a being with consciousness and freewill.
The Israelites prayed for a deliverer. But when they had one in Moses, they rejected him saying he was a murderer, a stammerer, a vagabond, a runaway and the likes. But thank goodness for them, they never allowed the golden opportunity to pass them by.
Peter rejected Cornelius saying he belonged to the unclean race. He didnot know that his God used whatever he liked.
I have always known that it's the same cabal that has been keeping us down that our God will use to liberate us. I have always believed that a day will come when their camp will be thrown into disarray and they will on their own install a leader that will liberate the masses of Nigeria - without them realising what they are doing until we have been set free. Your remember the Pharaoh and the Israelites?
WE NEED THIS CHANGE RIGHT AWAY. It's another golden opportunity that we shouldn't allow to pass us by again.
The whole world look onto us to effect this change. It's only that they can't openly show their interest in that regard. But their body language really suggests that. America has been avoiding Nigeria like an Ebola patient for about three years now. They stopped buying our fuel; yet, they are still buying from some African countries, for example, Angola. They refused to help with the Chibok girls. They are blocking us from purchasing weapons to fight the insurgency. And you don't believe that there is more to it? This same America is very much interested in our elections. What do you think the reason is? Think!
Everybody all over the world wants Nigeria to experience this change. Ordinarily, the west won't support a radical like Buhari to preside over a strategic nation like Nigeria. But the overriding need for this change surpasses their sentiment.
COME MARCH 28, LET'S ALL GO OUT AND PEACEFULLY VOTE FOR THE CHANGE THAT OUR COUNTRY NEEDS. VOTE FOR BUHARI. VOTE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR LOT.
Forget tribalism! Set aside religious sentiment! Embrace this onset of a sincere and certain ride to an all- inclusive, prosperous Nigeria.
Please rebroadcast to as many as you can and be a part of the movement to a better Nigeria for us all. Thanks a great deal as you join this historic train. - DeProf.

Finally, someone sees the light!!! Am sure a lot of the pvc s shared in the north will never get to their rightful owners. Many of the pvc owners are dead self which makes a perfect victim for the pdp theifs.
I WISH WE HAD A THIRD OPTION IN THIS ELECTION.

Going through the percentages it seems the north is serious than the south in collecting their voters cards. Translate it and the northern domination will continue. Even to collect your PVC is a problem to the southerns. And the south is an enlightened mind.

from d pics. ..one can deduce that the highly urbanised states with high numbers of corporate workers have low turn out for collection of pvc while d states with high numbers of rural dwellers collected more pvc.On this premise it will be noteworthy that the so called electronic rats would not turn up on election days .They will only glued to their phones and start criticising.
