I just wonder the value of Nissan Murano, Altima and other nissan products are very cheap. Is that their engines are not good or what?

Can some assist solve this above equation.

nope...most mechanics don't know how to fix them...like the Altima/Teana/murano, their configurations is too much for most mechanics to grasp unlike the Toyotas.

There are quite a few mechanics that can fix the Nissans...they are not readily seen everywhere.

I guess that's one of the reason its cheap.

Most mechanics can fix it unless you take it to Company auto engineers.

If it breaks down just tow it to a company auto engineer. Its not like Toyota you can readily see their mechanics(even some road side mechanics can fix it).

Most Nigerians don't like that kinda nonsense, they need something that is easily fixed..
My former Boss used to drive a Murano..he saw shit when it had fault.

Just make sure you are not a struggling dude before you buy it that's all.

Nissan is a cool car if you can maintain it.

i understand u perfectly..or maybe not.nissan is just any oda brand..dont know wat went wrong wit ur boss' murano,but d VQ35DE engine in dat car,mated to a smooth CV transmisson purrs like a tiger..my cousin owns one..going to 3 yrs now and no major issue.iv used d 2000 quest,2000 altima,99 frontier and using d 04 xterra now and they av all served me...i dont believe there is a specialist in any brand..a sound mechanic can work on any brand..@op,feel free to roll with d nissan if u want to.resale value is subjective..if resale value is ur reason for wanting a car den by all means do ur research before buying....as for the notion that nissan cars are bad,it simply fallacy of ambiguity
