I got a strange text message from a strange foreign phone number +97371119834 and I don't have an idea of who the sender could be
I am aware that subscribers in Nigeria can tweak their phone number to look like a foreign one but I am interested in knowing this particular subscriber
if you can help to decipher the phone number or you can recommend an app that can do that I will appreciate
