Let me answer for the OP. That is Unizik, around the back gate. That area is more like a construction site now, maybe that's why it's that dirty. In few months time i believe the the area will look better.

Well the car was made in 2009 it has a V6 engine dat produce 295hp and with a 6 speed transmission. Those specs are meh for todays cars. Well I wld not be suprised if I saw a 6yrs old no name spot car on my campus.

There is no requirement for that as its in public domain. If he had snuck into a private residence then the premise of privacy will come into play.
