This could be true. Buying land alone is very expensive now imagine building a house it can come up to that amount. Property can be quite expensive in Ghana. There are a couple of places which are very expensive such as a place in Accra called Trasacco Valley. You can expect to buy property there for min 2million dollars(yes dollars and not cedi's). That area is for the extremely rich. There are shops, restaurants, educational and health facilities, golf courses etc.
There are even apartments such as the Villagio in west airport residential area which you can rent at about 5000 dollars per month.

Even a street of mansions in Accra is not worth that huge amount.They can't decieve me. $4 million dollars ke? Abeg, Nigerians like over hype.
