There is gas scarcity currently rocking Uyo, which has made gas station owners to sale late in the evening at a high price almost double the price government has stipulated for them, the few ones that are selling at N87 are heavily crowded, please is like that in other states

These kerosene buyers are the retailers that sell to the final consumer and don't wanna buy from middle men like depots. So, you would rarely find your average final consumer here

do you mean does that are in to black market? I don't think they should be existing if the supply is adequate for all

You are right about they being in black market, they have been so entrenched into the system unlike the fuel 'retailers'
