Download nd install your java runtime environment
Get your Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 installed
And finally make sure you have openvpn gui with tap driver installed
Endeavour to check system for 32 or 64 bits.that's all.

lol, ok. but mind you this do not work for everybody, most still come back to complain. but the settings i posted have work for all my client. thanks anyway.
