A friend asked me this question yesterday and I still wonder how to answer her. If the president of a country is
a woman, then what will her husband be called?


Countries such as Croatia, Liberia, Brazil and so many more have female leaders as in presidents. In such countries, what do they call their husbands? Ehen, if it's a male president like our present president, we'll call his wife the First Lady. So what if it was the other way round, and Mama Peace was the president, what will we call Oga Jona?


As a Linguistics & Communication highest level student, here are my humble proposals. We could call him:

**First Husband
**First Man
**First Gent
**First Gentleman
**Oga Jona

etc, etc full stop.
