Its also the most expensive spot in venice. A cup of coffee purchased in the cafes located around the square could cost as high as €8.

Its seen as a romantic activity for couples to take a ride in the grandola when they visit Venice, so if you visit in the future have this in mind

I think Italy is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and it has a rich history...I was in Venice, Florence and Rome and it was an unforgettable experience....I wish I could go again

Beautiful city...........It was my first city in Milan to visit...That was in 2007 and I was in Milan too.....It was a short trip but I had fun.......

I didn't visit....I think you need a boat across the island to visit there.. That could take lots of hours... One day was never enough to explore venice

U need to take a boat yes but it won't take hrs....from piazza San Marco it's just about 30 mins..enjoy ur trip anyway....try n visit Vienna in Austria too..it's a great city.....was there in November 2014....fflwing u on ur adventurous thread....have fun.
