Yesterday the month of February 2011 ended and its was just 28 day and today is 1st of March. Does it really mean that those born on the 29th of February had carry over in their birthday this year 2015 ? How will they mark and celebrate their birthday in a year that the month of February is 28 and not 29 ? You people born on February 29th, how do you celebrate your birthday and how do you feel in your heart during the year that the month of February is not up to 29 ? |

The general format for many has been to celebrate their birthday on february 28 or march 1 on non-leap years and on february 29 on leap years. |
