Inec staff in Lagos confirmed to me that there is something fishy about how Jega had distributed the pvc and that they from the southern prt of Nigeria are bemused that INEC has distributed more PVCs in troubled areas of Nigeria than in the south.
It is troubling and I have been going back and forth for my pvc without success.

Jega has failed and must go!!!

Morally speaking. Jega has many unanswered questions over his head right now.

He can't defend some of his actions. Like holding meeting with APC leaders in Dubai, distribution more PVCs in the North and the scuttled attempt by Jega to allocate more voting centers in the North. What bravado!!
