Thus, due to one interchange( names not as they are supposed to be, matric number not arranged correctly, date of birth errors) or another, the system couldnt read your stuffs. Please go ahead with the registration provided you are sure your school sends your name. The system will accept your JAMB reg number and you can then out the matric number as it is. Lot of issues really n the HQ themselves are aware of this. Would be glad if y'all having these issues can try to register before 12 noon tomorrow and get back to me ASAP. Congrats to those who have seen theirs. Cheers

I am, I think is a general problem.

Using this link check if your name is on nysc data base http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1/VerifySenateLists. If you see no record found..Try diffrnt styles.. Interchange ur date of birth with d month like 2/3 to 3/2, also if ur matric strts wt '0' remove it, or if ur matric starts wt a year, remove d first two numbers of d year like 2009 try '09', try remove '/' or try again n check if ur matric starts wt alphabets remove d alphabets nd put d numbers, or try if its alphabetnd year..remove alphabet nd put d last two number of d year..combine two or more styles, increase ur date of birth by one, Just try diffrnt styles sha..nd if u hv tried all styles. Be patient as far as u r 100percent sure ur skul sent ur name. Its in dt database Dnt give up

Good News for those that checked and theirs is saying No record its probably because of the date of birth interchange It happened to me and when I interchanged it I saw my name and details there so happy right now and I know I'm probably gonna make some of you smile here:

If your date of birth fall btw 1th-12th and you no see you record when you use ur real DOB then interchange am... Like for instance my own na june 12th I check dem tell me no record then I interchange am.. Instead of june 12th I cum use December 6th..

To Pay with Interswitch (Payment Card)

You should have either an In terms itch powered debit card or Verve card

Select Registration and provide your details

Select Interswitch as the payment method

Click on Continue to see Registration detail including the cost
Click on Continue To Payment to Load the Payment gateway
On the Payment gateway, select your card type and provide card details, pin and whatever other information required

   To Pay via Bank option

Click on Registration for Mobilization to commence account creation from the list of resource(s)
Complete the form with your e-mail address, secret question and answer, then click continue.
Your browser will display a message asking if you want to process the email for account creation, click ok. A mail will be sent to your e-mail address for verification

Opens the mail and click on the link to continue registration, this will open another page to continue your registration.
Fill the form with appropriate information, then click continue. Upon successful account creation, a payment dashboard will be displayed Click ‘proceed to bank to make payment’.
A summary of the payment details will be displayed; click on the print to print out the payment details required to take to the bank first payment. The list of banks is available on the page as well. Visit any of the supported banks to make the payment. Transaction pin will be issued by the bank after the banks payment.
Go back to NYSC portal. Click the link for Login. Provide your login details i.e. your email address and password, then click resume.
Click complete bank payment transaction.
Enter the transaction pin and the amount paid then click continue.

I think "matric number not in use" refers to people who didn't register for C14... I did register for C14 with my matric number last year but I wasn't mobilised,hence I already have a profile at NYSC database, so mine says "Matric. no in use" thank you.

It's not true. I also registered for C14 and d status is showing not in use
