Please o, my name is on the nysc database but they added an extra alphabet to my surname which is not supposed to be there and this initially made it quite difficult for me to know that my name is on the database. When I checked my bro's name on the database (he's currently serving... C14), the same mistake was made in the surname as well (he never checked until I checked today) but he said there's no such mistake on his call-up letter and relocation letter(he re-deployed) so am trying to have faith that the mistake won't be repeated on my call-up or should I be worried?

No it won't. Even if it is, you will be able to correct it albeit not on the portal but when in camp during registration. Cheers
