That's the question. Unfortunately, there is no question or doubt that GEJ doublespeaks, dillydallies, and makes unpresidential gaffes often. GEJ said boko haram are his family and that you can't send soldier to kill your family. He also said boko haram is in his government. He keeps claiming people should not incite violence while his wife is criminally telling people to STONE the opposition, his vice is making ethno-religious divisive statements, his campaign directors are severely heating up the polity, his kinsman Asari is threatening to divide Nigeria, and he is fratenizing with thief Gbenga Daniel. Talk about unpresidential.

Yes, initially he thought boko haram are human beings when Buhari said that a war against bokoharam is a war against the north. Now he has realized they're animals, he's treating like animals.
