Political ‘Tsunami’ Thursday hit APC as its Deputy
Gubernatorial Candidate for Abia State, Prince Fred
Eke Idika defected to PDP with over 20,000 of his
loyal supporters within and outside Abia. The
defection took place at the PDP Women’s wing
Presidential Rally in Umuahia, Abia State capital.
According to Prince Fred Eke Idika, PDP
government in Nigeria has done well generally and
the transformation agenda of Mr President
deserves continuity. Therefore, joining the PDP was
the best option for him and his teeming
supporters.
He pledged his support for Okezie Victor Ikpeazu
and other PDP candidates in Abia State, describing
the PDP gubernatorial candidate as the right man
to drive the vehicle of development from May 29,
2015.

Even though it's a bit embarrassing to the party but more disgraceful for him as a person because it shows he is not yet a man mature enough to stand for his own cause, yet, he is not any big value to the PDP as he is not typical naija politician neither does he command any reasonable political followers.
