Yes they can. My dad is a poultry farmer, he once had some roosters who began laying eggs after about 2 years or so. Although they lay eggs irregularly and the eggs were small.

The funny thing was these roosters kept crowing everyday.

its possible bro.like i have pointed out earlier hamaphrodite.the roaster definately poses but male and female sex cell...and for the records i am an agricultural sci graduate under poultry production
