APC supporters should stop pretending as if their party is holy. Everyone is playing dirty. Afterall Buhari is not qualified to stand for election having failed to present his certificates.

You think unseating an incumbent president in Africa is by making noise on nl and Twitter baa.The games have just started
can u prove he is not qualifed.. has he been found guilty by any court of law? Take him to court let's see if he is guilty or not.

PDP never had to do all this in 2011, common sense should tell them, they failed Nigerians. The clamor for buhari does not mean he's a saviour, he is just an alternative way out of this mess we found our-selfs .

Since you so much believe in the courts, why are you now complaining over a court judgement? Since when did PDP become a high court?

Since everyone is playing court politics lets see who will win

The pdp goons are not to worry of loosing election but what happens to them when buhari gets to power really baffles them. They will do everything to scuttle that election.

Why should PDP have another party with a name very similar and the spokesman cleverly chip in that ruling party statement.

There is more to this
Apc want that election more than anything and it is obvious that pdp is jittery of election.

Remind me how far APC fared in the three major elections conducted so far on anambra, ekiti and osun states. Not to talk of the senatorial elections in delta and Niger state's. It was only able to win the osun gubernatorial election..
So much for a vibrant party

YDP is a subsection of the PDP initially ,this is just a democratic tools that GEJ wish to use to nullified the election, if he eventually loses. I'm not surprise by the court rulings because the judge of this same case is a devoted member of PDP.
Re: Court-backed Young Democratic Party(YDP) fixes Its Primaries For Mar 26th & 27th by Rainmaker69(m): 9:01am On Mar 07, 2015
We need to read the court judgment. I'm sure the court would have stipulated time frame for their primaries in order to accommodate their internal processes without affecting the current election dates.

LAST FIGHT!!! BOKO HARAM PREPARE MASSIVELY FOR MAJOR COLLISION AGAINST MILITARY IN GWOZA
It has been gathered that the
extremists, Book Haram are preparing in mass for
battle in Gwoza,Maiduguri, Borno State, against
the multinational joint task
force comprising of Nigeria, Chad, Niger and
Cameroon troops.
A woman that was captured by the insurgents in
the town since July
2014 told her daughter that the insurgents were
persuading their captives/civilians to leave the
town as they prepare for
a major collision against the military.
Some of the women in captive had already been
impregnated by the terrorists

It is still cluelessness because what happens after they have successfully shifted the election will be a reapeat of what happened in cote divoire. So tell me how this whole plan is not tantamount to cluelessness.

This is quite laughable! And at the same time calls for sombre reflection. Why are we so desperate as a people to the extent that some will not will not mind playing the hatchet role of scuttling the general elections. Why is Africa so cursed with many shallow, myopic and desperate looters?

We as a people need to dedicate time to doing a research on this. It is now that elections are about to start after an initial postponement that a faceless group thought it worthwhile to use a legal loophole INEC overlooked to push for a postponement of the elections.

People kindly note that these guys did not challenge the reasons INEC gave for not registering them, they cunningly challenged the non-communication of non-registration after the stipulated 30 days. Govt agencies are ridiculously slow in correspondence due to different bureaucratic bottlenecks. It is this loophole that this irrelevant party wants to now use to destabilise INEC.

Funny enough, there is another angle to this. INEC as everybody expects is supposed to have appealed the judgement immediately and file for a maintenance of status quo until the determination of the appeal. But guess what, INEC claims it is yet to even officially receive the judgement let alone file it's appeal. Does that mean some people are deliberately slowing down the process of communicating the judgement to INEC so as to delay INEC from filing an appeal as quickly as possible?

INEC is yet to get the earlier judgement and the party is already getting ready to go to the courts again to get another order mandating INEC to comply with the earlier judgement.

All these are games actively supported by the PDP underneath to scuttle the elections. But they will all amount to fruitless efforts as the elections will hold as rescheduled. There is nothing the desperate PDP can do about it!

The INEC chairman has already stated it that the constitution is supreme! Though i'm not a lawyer but I think there is a legal provision in respect of a conflict between the constitution and other statutes/judgement that makes the constitution to have priority.

What this imply is that INEC can conveniently ignore this judgement and later claim in court that obeying the judgement will contravene the constitutional requirements for general elections and the May 29th hand over date.

The international community can warn all they want, but do not underestimate the power of greed and lust for power. We have seen it happen too many times.

Nigeria can't afford a war on another front right now. It is on record that the successes that have been recorded lately in the North East frontier is due to the combined effort of a coalition of international forces and the NA. I imagine the gains would be rolled back of bombs start going off down south and the military have to divert their attention.

So I'm all for a deal for soft landing if that is what the crooks want. This is getting too dangerous. When the chips are down, it is you and I and our loved ones with no access to state protection, state assets and private jets, that would bear the brunt of the chaos, while those who instigated it would watch as things unfold from the comfort of their posh apartments in far flung civilised countries.

This is so sickening.
I understand and share your fear.. But nevertheless, in achieving change in a corrupt country like ours, many people are going to get burnt. The APC already knew the ruling party will rather set the country ablaze than to see the opposition on the seat of power. That's the main reason APC invited the international community to be a watchdog before/during/after the elections so that perpetrators of violence will be known and be dealt with.

The ruling party want the political atmosphere to be very dangerous so that APC will chicken out or reduce the tempo of its presidential ambition, but in doing that we will be accepting defeat even before the election commence. Do you think APC will still be this viable and strong like it is today if we had succumb to the dastardly acts of PDP ? Little crisis will occur here and there after the election result is announce, but normalcy will return after some few days. We just have to live with this reality and be prepared of whatever thing that will happen.......

Though I seriously pray we conduct a violent free election
