The Arewa Consultative Forum and the Northern Elders’ Forum have declared that northern residents won’t vote for President Goodluck Jonathan in the March 28 election despite his recent victory over the Boko Haram sect.

The two northern groups affirmed that they would not change the decision they made sometimes ago on the choice of their presidential candidate.

The ACF and NEF had recently endorsed the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari for the presidential election.

This election should just come and go quickly peacefully. The number of unreasonable fellas we're having is increasing rapidly. The govt wouldn't care as this will make it easy to feed on their gullibility.


For nearly 5yrs, no headway or victory was recorded, just 4wks, after election postponement, we are winning it. So what will happen for the next 4years of his rule if he shud win? More of their daughters kidnapped? I wouldn't blame most since their daughter/sister were not among.
