I can say that he spent several days in London because (1) He needs more funds from the Arabs for his campaign (2) he wants to strength boko haram. just after his return, we hear that boko haram has pledged allegiance to Isis. Nigerian military is really dealing with boko haram and buhari doesn't want to be disgraced, he ran to London. the Arabs can't give you support without something in exchange.. Nigerian these men are evil.. Nigerians think and be wise do not be deceived. .
