More problem for the card reader, 750 voters per polling unit can it accredit all or more within 6hrs and it shot down by 2 pm. This is electronic devics, mass production and no how some will not have malfunction. If it does we are in a big mess. |

This was exactly my thought when I watched the nonsense in the news yesterday. Everything JEGA does is always geared towards favouring the north. Why insist that card readers must be used to ensure free and fair elections only to introduce this incident form rubbish after the tests weren't successful in the north? Why not insist on card readers only or scrap the card readers entirely? I am sure that incident form option will only be used in the north as we have come to expect from Jega's INEC. First was the alloaction of over 21000 new polling units to the north. Then the use of different set of rules to distribute PVCs in the north, which ensured that even the war torn north east got higher collection rates than most parts of the south. Now he has come with this incident form trash. Jega is courting for trouble! |

helpee:YOU CAN SEE THE REASON WHY THE APC ZOMBIE ARE SO DUMB, NOT ONLY DUMB BUT ALSO EVIL IN THEIR DUMB-NESS, THEY CANNOT UNDERSTAND AN OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS SINCE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS SCREWED IN THEIR FAVOUR, WELL I DON'T BLAME THEM, I BLAME JONATHAN THAT IS PLAYING GENTLEMAN POLITICS. IN NIGERIA GOOD INTENSIONS AND GOOD ACTIONS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO SURVIVE, WHILE JONATHAN IS PLAYING POLITICS WITHOUT BITTERNESS HIS (ADVASERIES) YES ENEMIES, BECAUSE I CAN'T CALL THEM OPPOSITION! ARE BUSY PLAYING DIRTY AND DISRUPTIVE GAME! This not the type of opposition we are looking for OH GOD! |

helpee:All! Creating more polling units without printing more PVC and insisting on use of card reader, how can you talk of rigging? The use of card reader mean time is limited to accredit voters. Als note that by 12pm accreditation ends automatically. Reason Jega need to ensure no polling unit have more voters than can be accredited within the time allotted. As long as removed dubious registrations are not returned, how can you claim Jega want to rig for APC? |

Collynzo9:Why are you people not always objective? Must you people put regional sentimentality ahead of the wellness of the nation? Is the said incident form to be used in the north alone or in the whole country? Learn to be sincere bro. |

arsetalks:Keep burying your head in the sand. Is it not in Nigeria that Emirs could collect PVCs on behalf of their wards in one region, while in another region even a wife cannot collect on behalf of her husband who is away? In Jega's INEC is it always one rule for the north and another set of rules for others, so I am damn sure that the incidence form nonsense will not be as freely used in the south as it will be in the north. The north (including the war torn north east) has the highest PVC collection rate in the country and that is because politicians and emirs have been allowed to collect PVCs on behalf of people, that is why you can have 97% collection rate in a state. Now that this incident form trash is introduced, it means that people with multiple PVCs in the north will be able to vote as many times as possible depending on how many PVCs they have. |

| Re: 20 Days To Polls: INEC’s New Rule Sparks Rigging Fears by Collynzo9: 9:41am On Mar 08, 2015 |
arsetalks:My arguments are based on facts not assumptions. I know some northerners who had their PVCs sent to them by their brothers all the way from Kano, whereas in my own polling wives weren't allowed to collect for her husband. You shouldn't have even replied me at first because it seems you talk from you arse |

This article is just trying to discredit all the efforts of INEC so as to disrupt the forth coming elections! |

WisdomFlakes:you are the type of people causing problem in nigeria. Issues have been raised and all u can see is Jega's removal. What is the thing with jega that he must be the one to conduct the election or there will be chaos? Anyway, nigeria is bigger than all these enemies within and without. Election will hold with or without jega and nigeria will move on. |

Assuming the Chibok problem is an American issue, and Obama is being questioned about it; he's gonna answer as this: our intelligence and security personnel are on top of the situation. We will soon bring back our dear daughters back alive and the Perpetrators will be severely brought to justice. In Nigeria case; our President answered as thus; I believe they are alive because BH have not hanged or displayed their bodies! . Don't just be a one-way traffic dudes, respect your brain and allow it to function to its full capacity and ability. Pick up your PVC and vote wisely I wouldn't mention or name a Party or candidate respectively, but think of Nigeria as a whole before you decide! |
