For GTB which I currently employ, I was charged about three thousand naira. After
the money is deducted, you will be given a small device called 'token'. This is a
sort of security measure provided to prevent your banking details from internet
fraud.

By the way, the token might take a while to get, maybe couple of days. So weigh your
options well. Maybe you should try the 'paying at the bank' option.

It is not 4k, it is 3k. From my observations so far, nysc has programmed the site that u won't be able to submit or print ur greencard details without paying the 3k. Thanks

please help.

(Note: i initially tried to pay with ATM but i was not with the OTP so i had to register without the payment so i did the registration on saturday, now after paying i can't activate my account.)

The 3K is OPTIONAL.
It is only meant for those who want their CALL UP NUMBER sent to them via SMS and want the CALL UP LETTER PRINTED ONLINE otherwise you can go your Institution to get both. Which implies you can register without paying.
