Well, I will suggest ur cousin move on with the registration. The "no record found" may be as a result of nysc mistake in the matric number or any of ur cousin's data. So just move on with the registration as long as the jambe reg is confirmed

doesn't matter. as far as it doesn't make ur age above 30. I had same issue too
