Massive reconstruction work is right now going at Enugu - Port Harcourt express road, look at the pictures and judge for yourself if the quality is okay. I saw both Setraco crew and Arab contractors on duty in different portions of the road. More pictures here...

What about Port Harcourt airport that has been in perpetual construction because the presidency is having childish fights with the state government, have they "commenced" on the arrival hall or are people from international and domestic flights still "arriving" in the make-shift tents that have been there now for the past few years?
