Hello. I did my online registration today. I clicked the "continue without payment" and was able to complete the registration successfully. After I finished inputing all details, and after previewin n submitted, I expected it to load my green card for me to print,but it brought this message, "you can't print this page without making payment". I'm kindof confused now. Is the 3k payment now compulsory? Should I fulfil all righteousness and make the payment,just to print the green card?
