I missed snapping the Ihube to Okigwe works, too much quality there. Setraco is outperforming Arab contractors.

Five years as President it is now that election is near that different infrastructural works have "commenced". What about Port Harcourt airport that has been in perpetual construction because the presidency is having childish fights with the state government, have they "commenced" on the arrival hall or are people from international and domestic flights still "arriving" in the make-shift tents that have been there now for the past few years?
