Exactly what is Ur point? Anyways its good that folks like U think that road is from outside Nigeria. It shows GEJ is doing something unprecedented in the history of this country. My dear friend, I am from Umuahia and I live here as well. The quality of work going on that road(PH to Enugu expressway) is amazing. It isn't hear-say. I ply that expressway almost daily. Work is seriously ongoing and the quality is incredible! Credits should be given to the GEJ administration. He is really setting the pace
