start- up,meaning you might
have to
contribute financially on
them (if need arise) if you are
accepted as a co-
partner; if you want to be paid, we will. we are already successful with one. We
are going corporate.
For those who choose not to be paid,
will be given company
ownership/equity right on the
profits of the company set
up.
We'd like you to get a
lawyer/legal adviser.
if you are not creative/ innovative or loyal to
authority, or you are
stealing people's ideas/
works, don't border to
apply or call

Sorry to burst ya bubble, ...can't work this way.
You are only trying to count on serendipity. and secondly, building castles in the air

I doubt any competent person will take you serious.

Lets see what is missing here...
1. No sane person does business with people who He has no track record of
2. Your missions are smokes and mirrors. (I hope you know what Smokes and Mirrors mean?)
2. How on earth can you measure if somebody's standard is Facebook, etc?
3. WTF! ...You haven't even executed one project, you already have 18? ...ingenious!

Free Advise, if you want to organize a remote team for something you are passionate about, You must first build a portfolio, and a reputation.. ...this, unfortunately takes some years.

Do you know how much I went through to acquire such skills that you mentioned, and you want me to give it away for almost nothing??

if you're building a team, you must have consolidated a strong base ideal to prove to the world that you are capable of giving incentives to prospective team mates. people won't dedicate their time and talent for what may not bring in profit.
