What we call MAN is the ability to stick to a decision/plan. He did not say he want to quit. Since he won Champions league for Chelsea i know he is a good coach but Coaching is sort of a mafia thing,if you don't belong to the clique you will not be recognized.I still remember all the players during Di Mateo want him to stay then but Abramovich the billionaire thought otherwise.
