i ve heard abt bond house which is at samek road,close to a church called praise tarbarnacle..
that has been long like 5years ago and doubt if the place is stil use as an office cos it s opposite imsu frontgate, and they may have use that place 4 hostel,but anyway,yu can give it a try and be careful bro..

I don't knw of this address, but i knw that those drug hawkers had stormed Owerri to scam imolites, u can try it. if its them, get the house posted on it.
