Court Orders AIT,NTA From Airing Damaging Documentary On Osibanjo by okwuvic(op): 7:17am On Mar 12, 2015
The Federal High Court in Lagos has restrained Daar Communications Plc (AIT) from broadcasting any video documentaries against All Progressives Congress (APC) Vice-Presidential candidate Prof Yemi Osinbajo (SAN).

According to Thisday, the order by Justice James Tsoho was made on Wednesday has been extended to all other broadcast stations under the control of the Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria including NTA

The application was brought before the court by Osinbajo through his lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN)..

The Senior Advocate of Nigeria had complained to the court that the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, having adjudged him a threat, sponsored the documentaries to cause him disaffection in the eye of the public.

AIT and NTA had, for weeks running, aired a documentary detailing the “atrocious” past of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.). AIT also had a similar documentary on a national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, chronicling his series of alleged financial misconduct.

bros, that is not his point:
AIT owes salaries for inability to pay until Jonathan started pumping unnecessary cash. Even at that, AIT still owes. Nigeriana helped it once by donating to save itbfrom bankruptcy. Even those who bought his DAAR shares knew they bought worthless numbers after yrs ot no real profit, nothing until Jonathan made dokpesi his chief of staff.
Now, if buhari comes in, will he s be able to survive?
