Does he go about naked?
Are his colour combination outrageous?
Infact, are any of his dress combinations outrageous?

Oshiomhole wins this award, his aides dress like the governor, while he dresses like a kabu driver.

His clothes seeem like he's on a life-time free shirt scholarship with the boys scouts.
