About four policemen and three civilians were on Thursday shot dead at close range by some unknown gunmen dressed in military camouflage at the Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos, after they had reportedly robbed a bank. Fashola Blames Jonathan For Lekki Robbery, since the operation was the 1st bank robbery incident in the last seven years , is it right to blame GEJ? According to Fashola, the President’s planned visit to Lagos led to the low number of available policemen on hand to take on the armed robbers.
