You needn't to be afraid.
For the TITLE, it is default for everyone i.e. showing title only without SPECIFICATION.
For the SIGNATURE, if you had uploaded it and appended it yet displaying such; you have no problem providing you had done the needful.

Secondly, I hear people saying here dat we r to submit d green card in our school, pls how true is it?
I think u r the one to sign it but the date I don't know which one u should write maybe sodiqyinka will help with that

the green card submission I don't think it's necessary cos my school isn't submitting and how will they except people from far and wide to submit.. but to b on a safer side just make some contacts with ur coursemates dat graduated same time with u

can i register even without verifying my name on the senate list....got an info from my mate that after her registration she was sent her callup number and all that...even tho she did not find her name on the verification list too....is that possible...so i can go ahead with mine...cos school forwarded my name and details to nysc office just don't know y its reading no details found

the sad thing now is there is no submit button after feeling in my details...everything is getting so frustrating...I really don't know what to do...obviously the fault is not from my school cos my name has long been sent to nysc office along side others
