According to a top military source, South African and foreign soldiers have joined Nigerian troops in the fight against Boko Haram insurgents. The source revealed that the foreign soldiers have joined Nigerian troops in addition to troops from Niger and Chad. It should be recalled that President Jonathan said on Wednesday in a chat with VOA that the foreign troops are in the country as technicians and advisers but the Nigerian soldiers revealed that the soldiers are taking part in the actual battle against the sect.
