Sometimes adding saltiness makes you lose the credibility of your message. It makes people think you are just preaching your personal opinion in order to convert. So yes, saltiness is not good in a message, be plain and leave the rest for Holy Spirit to convict.

well you are wrong and you need to admit because during his counselling to people there are lot of experience he gathered from there..

Generally, alot of men of God have seen alot of things during their counselling and these are the things they used to warn people who are plying the same route with the backing of the word of God..
