I have used two different sims to subscribe for the etisalat video smart pack, upon reduction of my airtime (N400 for the service) I am told that "you are now on the eisalat video pack bundle". The issue is despite switching my phone off and on, no video pack or internet service is available. It keeps saying"error,check internet settings" this is strange cause I am still using the same internet APN to browse and stream when I have a data bundle or credit.
I have called to many times and all I hear is"we have forwarded your message to the department in charge of the service".
Now I want to know if am the only one with this problem or if others are being ripped off too.

Pls mods move to the front page as this affects all of us.
