For sometimes now have been wondering if the health of health workers is been checked from time to time,(i.e)before they came into service and their current health state even in service now.....so I just wanna ask if there are HIV positive Doctor(s) or Nurse(s) in our hospitals

Of course there are. You might just not know but there are. I know a psychiatric male nurse who was infected when a hiv positive lunatic brought to d hospital got him bitten on the shoulder and a lab scientist who got infected by a broken glass capillary tube while performing pcv test for a positive patient. The glass tube broke and pierced through the hand gloves unto d fellow skin and several doctors too who got needle pricks and tested positive a few months after.

I'm not sure but I don't think dere shud be. Cos the risk is very high, they can easily infect d patients.
