Language excused. I got a photo verification from Specuit Cargo (USA) and the bottle of perfume has been received so when the refund gets back, she'll be paid. Again!

I'll file a counter-dispute against her today because I'm not exactly sure what she told eBay, so it's best to be on the offensive.
