I can't sleep when window is locked.

I can't breath. I will be short of oxygen even when others sleep with no problem.

I don't use fan. fan spread the carbon dioxide and block oxygen from entering.

if carbon is spread headache and blocked nose to breath. this will wake me up. it feels like I want to collapsed. white catarrh will blocked my nose and throat


I will then need to stand outside or put my nose on the open window for some time before I can get my self back.

help is this health problem?
