Good day all,
pls any user hu has God blessings of troubleshooting should help me out.
just dis evening, i was about to upload a pix on watsap,only to end up searching for the pix in my gallery(camera file)n.b i use a tecno h6 mobile device.
i searched for the pix buh xouldnt just find it,i then decided to select another on,to ma shock and utter dismay, it was no where to be found too,so was soo many other pictures i took wd ds fone m saved.
I tried also through the file manager, i saw an endless list of pictures,i then located it,took a screenshot,saved and den uploaded. I couldn't just get so many of my pictures back.
pls i need help,what do i do.
In bt/w,how does one disable d device manager of his phone.my tecno h6 came wd voice,pattern,pin,password,&slide, screen lock options, i just decided to use the voice lock option ds evening, only to discover a the option was blank(as in was a dfrent colour frm oda actve options),wd a message on it, wc read "disabled by device administrator(smthn certificates too)...I'm extremely confused plss i need help.






I'm i to factory reset d fone after taking away d s.d card,or
...??
pls help a bro in need, I've got so many pictures in dt folder

when you take a pix, its either it goes to your phone internal memory path or sd card path where images are stored.also, do you find any images via the whatsapp upload or you can't even see any stored images.

normally.wen i take a pix wd ma fone,it gets saved in the 'camera' folder in. my gallery,
now i just cnt find the folder in d gallery anymore
