[/b]This Has being a frequent event in some parts of the world... So who do we actually blaim? Would we blaim examiners for not setting what are taughted to the students? Or do we blaim student for not reading hard and making deeper research on subject matters? Or should we levy the blaim on teachers for not doing their work properly?
