On Thursday Buhari met with women in a TownHall at Lagos. Fashiola addressed the women first. He remembered only one promise which GEJ made to Lagos that he has not fulfilled. That promise is fixing the airport road. The second was power which we has improved though not as expected and we all know milestones have been achieved.

After his address, the video of Buhari's new year was played. Amaechi was called up to talk. Buhari was live and direct.

I thought that was disrespectful to the ladies.

I also noticed that the women there were high class women. At least 3 women who spoke in succession were complained that their children who are abroad want to come home but cannot fit in because the society won't allow them to function.
A few women were permitted to ask questions. The lady who moderated the Q&A was behaving like she was selected from Nairaland.
She was using the mic to embarrass the ladies. " speak to the mic, ask only questions, speak to the mic, be audible.... etc. This only happened when she sensed that someone wanted to ask a revealing question.


My questions are

1. Why did APC choose to play the video of Buhari's message while he was there choosing to allow others speak. Is Buhari still sick?

2. Was the TownHall meeting meant for the rich and wealthy alone? What about the market woman who he claimed he is coming to give eternal life?

3. Why is it that APC youths are rude and aggressive when things do not go their way?
