A twitter user, Elijah Balogun narrated about how he witnessed a case of medical negligence in a hospital in Lagos. He said he went to see his doctor when a lady barged in lamenting and screaming at the doctor that he has forgotten a pad in her. The lady kept shouting that it has been there since two days. sadly, the doctor didn't listen to her.
