President GEJ has affirmed that there is massive corruption in the oil sector and promised to end it within 4 years if elected again as president.


In my own view, he does not seem bold enough to tackle the cabals in that sector. A lot of retired Generals, Ex-heads of state and Ex-governors have deep investments and interest in the sector.


The rot in the sector is beyond scientific and modern methods proposed by him to curb corruption. For him to be successful, he must step on peoples toes, revise illegal licenses for oil blocks, probe those indicted in subsidy scam and possibly jail a lot of people.


That is the way forward! What is your own view?

But people's fear is that GMB could over sanitise the system and may not be able to tolerate many things like GEJ.

However, change is inevitable!!!
